He jolted up off the seet in the back of the car and grunting in pain, i pulled him down to the seat and I felt his blood pressure increasing, I saw my bag near Cora, cursing myself then asked.

"Cora, open my bag and take out carefully as followed, a syringe and 25 gauge needle, and a bottle of analgesic, screw the needle onto the syringe and open the bottle suck up to a quarter full can you do that? i asked her

Cora stared momentarily clueless at the surgeon requests, her racing mind struggling to take in what he’d said.

“Uh…right!” allowing for Black Jack to take over with the BVM, Cora searched within the bag, quietly repeating his instructions so they were not lost from memory. The cries from Shunsaku Ban muffled by the mask as his body twisted in agony only made Cora work faster.

25 gauge needle
Check!
Analgesic bottle…

Checking the labels of several bottles she managed to find it. Quickly she then attached to the syringe, drawing up the recommended amount of analgesic. She hesitated, pausing to flick the needle with her finger to remove any access air, as she’d seen done on a soap opera once.

As she handed me the needle and syringe with care, i took it and inserted it in his major gross nerve in his arm and gave it back to Cora,who took the needle and syringe and bottle back in the bag.

"that should calm him for now but it won't last long"
I turned my attention to Tenma and saw my clinic outside the front window as we drove up to it. I saw Pinoko outside the on the porch and sighed then i turned to Cora and said

"open the door and make way so that i an get him inside the clinic" I told her

Tenma had blindly followed all orders he was given, from picking up Shunsaku Ban by his legs and carrying him to the car, to driving to the nearest clinic. At times Tenma began to question himself whether doing all of this was the right thing. But he was no medical doctor, Dr. Black Jack was, and he couldn't really question his authority. And besides, Tenma could only think of one thing, the time when Tobio had died from behind the wheels of a robot car. He didn't wanted that to happen to anyone ever again. Never to his friends or even enemies.

He quickly drove to the clinic as fast as he could, but made sure he was careful in his driving and tried not to let things distract him. He dared not look back even as Shunsaku Ban had yelped and as the other two injected fluids into his system.

As soon as they had arrived, Tenma was not given a moment's time to catch his breath as he was immediately given another order. Quickly he stepped out of the car and opened its door wide to allow the others through, and for the first time in awhile, got a chance to see Shunsaku Ban again.

Tenma was speechless.

as we gotten out of the car, Tenma and I carried him up to the house saw that no light inside then i turned to Cora and said,

"Underneath the footstop is a key unlock the door the turn on the light and also if Pinoko's not here one of you will have to be a nurse for me" I told her unfortunately and bluntly

Suddenly, O'Shay came up to the front door. This stare fixed on Daddy Walrus. A look of concern could be seen on his face. "Pinoko is not at home" he said. "We must get to to the closet hospital, which is...let me check...10 kilometres away". "Let me call the ambulance".

Hearing this I was pissed off

"NO, I WILL DO IT HERE! I HAVE MY OWN CLINIC WHICH WILL DO JUST FINE, NO, AMBULANCES! I growled in aggrivation as we entered into the house

I and Tenma carried inside and followed me into my Clinic.As we placed him on the Gurney and then i changed him out of his clothes and i turned the X-Ray and waiting on that turned on the Pressure Positive Machine and the Neonatal mechanical ventilator and hooked him onto that a minute or so later the X-ray results came back and then I walked out and said

"i have hooked him onto machines to monitor him, meanwhile i took an X-ray of his chest cavity and it doesn't look promising, he damaged the third rib and fractured the fourth rib but heres the worse news, his fractured fourth rib during the accident i suspected that he moved downwards and sitting up this caused the shard or shards to cut and be pushed into his lung and when ever he woke up he had troubles breathing, he slowly but surely he drowning in his own bodily fluids, i can preform the surgery to save him but i will need a volunteer or two to hand me my utincles and to moniter him while i do the surgery, so which one? I finished

O'Shay, who was angered and pissed off by the remark, stood at the doorway, looking at the traffic passing by. Police cars zipped by, just starting to realise the emergency but didn't look in the clinic. In a sudden fit of anger O'Shay kicked the floor - only to trip himself over, slide across the floor and knock Daddy Walrus off the gurney. Everyone was staring at him and he had a feeling he wasn't welcome in this place any more.

O'SHAY! DARN! I yelled angerily

"GET UP! I yelled at him

I watched him get up. I look at him and sighed to blow off steam. I and Tenma lifts him back on to the gurney and Tenma goes outside the clinic, I turned my attention to O'Shay and Cora

"You and Cora will assist me, follow me, you need to put on scrubs and be washed, then we will proceed as planned" I spoke bluntly as i went down the hall to prepare myself and the surgury

O'Shay then started to reassure the frightened Daddy Walrus. "Everything would be all right" he struggled to explain. "You have broken two of your ribs and shards have went into your lung". Daddy Walrus smiled and watery smile, but it was obvious that he was in pain.
