Do people really process wine out of actual frogs?

Oh, sorry. My mistake, wine has nothing to do with frogs :) .

That's all right my cobber. I hadn't heard of frog wine before and I was just curiously intrigued. :)

I wonder what such wine would actually taste like though.

If the mermaid resembles Neptina, or Arial, Pipiko, or her male version, Pipy for that matter, I think it should be obvious that while not human they have enough human characteristics to qualify for human rights. Though some people might disagree, as Fafner has already stated, there are birth defects that make their victims appearances quite odd. In the old days, such were called monsters, and deprived of inheriting either titles or properties. In the Hunchback of Notre Dame, Quasimodo as one such monster, was regarded as somewhat less than human. How dare he have eyes for Esmeralda! :(

Let's not forget about Jospeh Merrick, ("the elephant man")!

I've seen that movie. Very good.

Isn't it based upon a true story or at least somewhat based upon factual characters and events?

Yes, it is completely true, and there once was a Joseph Merrick that looked like he did in the movie :) .

I thought so. Although I used to have a novelization of the movie that said in the credits on the back cover or somewhere that it was a fictionalized account of the life of Joseph Merrick, known as the Elephant Man.

However I was certain Merrick really did exist.
