Although Tenma had heard and acknowledged Tenshi's voice coming from the robot dog's speakerbox, Tenma had just remained there, sobbing on the floor and still calling for Astro Boy every few seconds. He really needed the robot boy for something.
He hadn't heard Black Jack. His mind was elsewhere.

I turned to him and saw that he was acting up such drama then i heard, Tenshi, cry and yell out in her sleep.
"OTOOSAN! HELP ME OTOOSAN,I'M SOO SCARED! I heard her scream
"Tenshi! I spoke
but when i entered the room i was hit with a pillow when i saw the pillow the objects in the room moved erratically around the room.This was getting out of hand. I turned to Tenma and I ran towards him and shook him and said.
"TENMA,TENMA! Quit with the drama, Tenshi is screaming and crying she needs you" I tried to pull him from the floor then I heard her again.
"OTOOSAN! she screamed
I dragged him on the floor to her room and opened the door wide enough then pushed him in the room then all the objects dropped where they were picked up some landed on the floor around Tenma and Tenshi, then after they dropped I saw Tenshi shaking in fear but asleep. I tried shaking her to get her to wake up but couldn't then I heard.
"Doctor, leave her be and give her Tenma,and Tenma talk to her" The Lawyer's voice
I turned and saw her in a white,Trench coat and gloves as she stood in the door way. staring cold eyes at me and Tenma.
/Jerk your turn/

Tenma was still shouting for Astro Boy even as Black Jack had shook him, the only time he had been silenced as when the scientist had been dragged and thrown into the guest room where Tenshi was sleeping, which Tenma had not noticed. Instead he just laid there quietly, but his body still shaking violently.
He paused momentarily to give Dr. Black Jack a brief look.
"W-why i-is this h-h-happenin-ng..." Tenma stuttered.
He looked to the other direction and saw the lawyer, the woman that Tenma had admittedly been dreading to see. He just remained there, not caring what she might have thought of him.

Astro heard a thud of rubber filled with silicon sand amongst Tenshi's cries. Her cries were getting quite loud. The robot knew she didn't want him in but this is too much! It was not a good idea to leave a younger sister in emotional stress. That hurts everyone!
"Tenshi, I'm sorry but I'm coming in to help you!" Astro shouted as he opened the door.
Accidentally he broke off the door rather than opening it gently. Astro set the door down and ran over to Tenshi.
He wrapped his arms around Tenshi. It wasn't much but he had little idea of what else to do to cool her down.
"Please Tenshi, calm down," Astro said, "I'm your older brother and I'll be here for you."
"Tenshi, I'm sorry but I'm coming in to help you!" Astro shouted as he opened the door.
Accidentally he broke off the door rather than opening it gently. Astro set the door down and ran over to Tenshi.

She walked in and sat down in the desk chair and breathed. Then she looked at Tenma with cold, dark and sharp eyes and spoke.
"Tenma, take a couple breaths and chill what she does in her sleep is something you should worry so much as what she can do in her waking hours" she said then took a breath in again.
"Should i tell him? She asked
"Might as well I told her
"Fine" she turned her attention to Tenma and said.
"What Tenshi has is something that has been a constant reminder of what comes to those who play with unwritten rules of science and curiosity. Remember in school that rhyme about "curiosity killed the cat"? Well what Tenshi's Great, Great, Great, Great, Grandmother found was a different story. She was a scientist like you but her specialty was for Psychologist, she studied the working of the brain. During an experiment with her new machine to study inept people, when during the experiment the patient was becoming scared and she went out to stop the machine when she was zapped with the beam that was supposed to be for the patient but instead shot her and the machine exploded and she survived later on.
I spoke up.
"After the accident, she had discovered what you saw since you've met Tenshi, she found that she can push you down, pull you, drag you, levitate things, be extremely intelligent but not abnormal, although she can't read minds, that was the oddest thing, but she can sense a change in emotions and she can also control people under her level, all the animals and most recently robots of any kind. Then later when she got married and gave birth and raised seven children, her two daughters she discovered when they were born, they had the same condition, and thus she wrote a dairy about these symptoms, but it isnt really apparent until they reach their actual puberty. It develops when they are a year old then they do the basics, levitating, controlling animals usually pets. When they get around puberty age around 10-12 is when they turn it up a notch when they control bigger things and heavier objects and people, its all in the dairy, which i have in my possession at the moment, but Tenshis condition has advanced because of your genes, that genius gene on your on your X chromosome, but another thing about this condition is that it only works in girls, boys just carry the X from their mother.Hoshie was the most advanced in the condition and she was able to easily control things like what you saw in her sleep and in her waking hours. Hoshie was very controling of her abilties and this she taught herself, you can do it too do the same thing as Tenshi becuase of your relationship with Hoshie"I told him

It had taken some earlier persistence, but Tenma was now sitting up, albeit still on the floor and had listened to the lawyer's words. It was very difficult as his mind was still terribly preoccupied, and he couldn't help but keep glancing over to Astro Boy who had seemingly ignored his calls. That didn't seem like him at all...
When the lawyer had finished her long speech, a silent pause had followed.
"...There is no such thing as a gene that determines one's IQ..." He finally answered, his eyes glued to the floor. He had said this once before. He seemed calmer now, but his breath still seemed shaken up.
He glanced up. "And are you saying that everything about Hoshie... was an illusion?"
Tenma grasped for his pained head again. He felt betrayed now.
When the lawyer had finished her long speech, a silent pause had followed.

"and if you disagree now,you can be sent to prison for abstract of parental duties and they'll really hate you becuase she's a Maeyumi,her relation bears more weight then you can think, and the law nor society will allow you to not say No, to that little girl, you are her Legal and biological parent until said age" She finished and I looked at Tenma with somewhat of a disagreement

Tenma was just no longer surprised anymore.
He had practically learned to expect the unexpected at this point.
But his expression had indeed changed. His eyes had flared and his teeth had grinded loudly as anger seethed out of his reddened face, no longer pale.
"You expect me to take this?!!" Tenma screamed at the lawyer, making a giant step towards her as he continued to shout into her face.
"All my life has been a lie! I've lost everything dear to me as a result, which could have been prevented! And as it turns out, everything dear to me as also been an illusion!! And now you expect me to take this, especially after hearing the fact that I am being hunted down by some mad killer which the police still hasn't caught?!"
"You can lock me up for as long as you want, but I will not take her in! She is not my daughter!!"
He turned to leave and marched out the door, ready to sprint off should he be pursuited. Immediately he pulled out a cellphone from his coat pocket and dialed in a number.
"Come on... pick up..." He whispered to himself.

I stood and saw him yell at the person that you don't yell at then i only counted in my head then he walked out and she silently followed and I waited.
"one...two..." I counted
SLAP! a hand met skin then i heard him fall and the cell was thrown askew and I heard the car beep.I looked outside and saw men in black waiting outside. then i turned my attention to Mrs.Jennifer standing above Tenma with a healed shoe on his chest and her right hand straight and her nails like a gun ready to shoot.She spoke.
"Tenma,you have no idea what you have do you have? You haven't lost anything, i was hoping you would cooperate but then i was told about your temper and rash thinking.I am very willing to not have to go this far but i am intructed to take any means to have you take Tenshi,love her, teach her, and protect her, in Hoshie's name, why can't you take her, why did you say yes, to Hoshie? your life wasn't an illusion, if anything,it was a dream come true for you and for Hoshie. Why? becuase everyone had doubts that the marriage wouldn't work but it did work, becuase she and you made it work, i agree a childs death was unsetting, I understand, you are not the only person who has lost someone you loved dearly, i too have been on the road you are on and i have gotten as far as cloning my family back but with in short months they died. Why should Tenshi have to suffer becuase her own Father can't handle her? you are better of controlling her then Jack and me, becuase in the diary it said that becuase of your voice the brain knows who not to harm you" She said
Then the gentlemen walked in. and she turned her head to the men and said
"Yes?
"Mrs.Jennifer, Mr.T.O, wants to know about Tenma and Tenshi is she secure? one asked
"give me time please, he's my client leave to do my work" She told them and they went back outside
"wait,did you bring the box? she asked them before leaving completely out the door
"Yes ma'am"
"bring it ,he needs it" she said
I stepped in and asked.
"no,don't not yet"I told her
"Doctor, if he needs to be able to take Tenshi he needs to be able to control her to keep himself safe, and as much as he says no, i'm not going to tell a little girl that she was never wanted,i could never tell her that not in the face"She said

"this is your last chance,Tenma, are you or aren't you, becuase either way she will go with you even with you in prison" she told him
