He does seem to. At times his eyes appear brown, another time they look like they're blue.

i've concluded that he has steel blue eyes just darken by his black hair and facial hair

I looked at several screenshots. The majority of them had Tenma with brown eyes.

He had blue in Himekawa's manga though, and brown hair in it. Anyway, moving on...

Tenma's got CURLY hair (note: as did Tezuka). And, he's a gen-Xer - the generation who first embraced "extreme" hair styles, facial hair, etc. I marvel at the fact that Tezuka gave him the buzzed head and big ol' "bangs" -- plus longer in the back (bet he braids it!!!).

I find it freaky that Tezuka "foresaw" this style trend. As well as Astro's gelled spikes.

@Dr. Jerk: I found reference of the hairstyle for Winston that you're talking about, and I almost burst out laughing. But anyhow, I think it would count only as Tenma-ey if that were how his hair was naturally.

And also, whoa! I got up in the morning and found this thread was now two pages about speculation of the texture of Tenma's hair.

Jerk and i and other people i think were debating that his hair could be soft which i think is also shinier,i'm going by that is becuase of he has black hair and black hair is naturally shinier then other hair colors others say jell

I think his hair is soft and it's just natural black hair. I could mess around with my hair putting it in a weird style using just water and a blow dryer and my hair would still be a shiny black.

interesting that he's always dressed,and clean,never messy, i bets its been a habit
