I am sorry that it took me so long to do this; it is easy to remember the ban on political stuff, but personal insults are also out!

When I was a boy, the others teased me. I cried & they laughed. As much as my parents tried to teach me to laugh at their taunts, I still cried. It is wrong for one person to deliberately offend another, But if that other one continues to react in a way that the the tormentor enjoys, that person is not without a small share of the blame. Cybotron insults Dr. Jerk, but she, instead of avoiding this thread, not only reads it, but continues posting in it. Believe me, I know how difficult it is to stay away when one thinks he has been insulted. Years ago, I had a similar experience on this very forum.

I was deeply offended, but that member had the last word, & refused to respond to my last post. That was very painful, as he had insulted me, then stated that he would not visit that thread anymore. How could I defend myself?

Here though, the thing just kept going on. Cybotron, you have an annoying tendency of using figures of speech that nobody but you understands. You should be quick to clarify your statements, but instead, you simply continued with your weird sayings or references to things that few on this forum knew about. Dr.Jerk, I empathize with you, but why did you keep arguing?

Now let us reconcile ourselves to one another.

To answer Jeffbert, I suppose I could say that the arguments resumed as I trying to defend myself.

But this has passed now, and as with the previous argument before this one. And I'd prefer that this remains finished.
