What I wonder about with the nosebleed is that the myth is you get a nosebleed from having perverted thoughts so Astro's bambi eyes gave Cora... perverted thoughts?

I have a vein in my nose that's too near the surface of the skin and that gives me nosebleeds. But I get them from stress or if i've had a cold and blown my nose too hard. I could get something done about it, but I think it's good to have it there so if i get high blood pressure that'll tell me XD

But er, I don't know about Cora actually. I just took it from anime where characters would have nosebleeds when they found someone attractive (you know, the roses and sparkles appear behind them). Although they really should've made it a habit of Cora's in the movie, having nosebleed everytime Astro say or does something sweet Like that crazy girl in Wallflower lol!

I know how you feel about the nosebleeds because I have the same problem and it sucks. I surf and usually surfers are laid-back type of people, like me so I hardly ever get stressed out.

So, you might think it's some thing that only robots know robots, or Astro can be told apart from human by some, but that's not true. Orrin didn't know he was a robot until he x-rayed him (why does a servent robot have x-ray vision, finding keys down the plug hole?) and Hamegg only knew from using that energy device.

But some robots must be different than others though. It's also possible Orrin could have known Astro was a robot through other means than x-ray, but he was just very curious.

About x-rays in the film, I've always thought it might not actually be x-rays, but more of a robot sense to detect the insides of one self or of other robots. Like the way an infrared receiver will detect a remote for instance.

I think that Cora would be ok with the discovery if she lets Astro explain himself a little bit and then Cora might have defended Astro and tried to stop Hamegg from taking him out to the robot games. Other than that, the story might not have changed much.

I keep thinking, what if Astro found out that Hamegg knew about him being a robot and then dodged the electrical thing(I can't think of the right word :d oh

Oh no, it's X-ray all right. Says so on the back of the dvd. Orrin was never intented to know Astro was a robot until Elefun and Tenma's talk, all his nerves was supposed to be from being a servant. All in the novel.

But that is an interesting idea, you mean like how 03 Astro would scan stuff in a blink of an eye.
