We had a thread about this manga not too long ago, basically you can order the thing quite easily from Madman's site, or eBay (brand new as well) if you prefer.

Don't worry: it is always A-Okay to import books.

I realize not everyone has money, but Christmas is coming soon. Asking is deinitely better than stealing, and besides, I know I've heard many complaints that there isn't enough Astro Boy in English. It is actually in our hands to do something about it, in business money speaks louder than words.
