When I compared AnnXAB's IP address with those of other members two days ago, I made a mistake. I confused the IP address used upon registration with the latest IP address used. AnnXAB and Astronomical girl's IP addresses were, in fact, a perfect match.

We found out a short time later. Since Astronomical girl claimed she had been hacked, we took our time and tried to see how we could give her the benefit of the doubt, but her explanation did not leave us with any doubt. Vergere even used a program to compare AnnXAB's writing to Astronomical girl's and there is a much more closer match between them than with everybody else here who ever posted on this forum. They are strikingly similar.

"No multiple account" is clearly stated in the rules. I had asked Astronomical girl to take her responsibilities in this thread but through AnnXAB and even then as herself the next day, she has kept lying, insulted F-Man (as AnnXAB) and overall, made an unnecessary fuss and made people lose their time.

As a result, she will not be able to post on the forum for 48 hours. She will still have access to private messages. After those 48 hours, she will be able to post again on the forum (still with a limit, of course).

What she did was wrong and against the rules, but as some of you said two days ago, she's not alone, humans sometimes do stupid things. I hope Astronomical girl will learn from her mistake and that we can all move on and enjoy the forum together. At least, I know I intend to give her another chance.

Awesome forensic work, you guys! I'm actually kind of impressed by how much you guys put into the investigation.

Anyhow, my initial suspicions were correct, and it kind of depresses me. How does somebody become that obsessed over this forum where even being limited to post turns into this? I love having new members around, but really, everything's best in moderation.

Besides, the whole story of the "hacking" sounds ridiculous in retrospect. Did she get hacked by the girl, or suddenly her brother, or what now? It's not easy to hack into a forum, and what is the hacker going to do with access to a forum about Astro Boy? AG should have thought this whole thing through better, not just her "alibi", but maybe not even making a fake account to synthesize drama in the first place.

Well, at least there was no real hacking. That is a relief, since I had been previously worried about it, even though I too had my suspicions. So I guess that means that she had also lied to me, since I was first person to be told of this 'hacking'.

...Right. I've just lost a great deal of respect in Astronomical Girl. I will not be participating in any rps she hosts anymore.

Wow, I'm very disappointed to find this out. However I can't say that I'm surprised. I did have a feeling that what she was saying was BS and I have lost respect for her also. Don't get me wrong I don't hate her or anybody else on here. Like Astro Forever said, I do hope that she learns from this and becomes a better person.

I'm not very surprised either. She moves to Minnesota and then shortly after the move, a new member joins from Minnesota claiming to be AG's "friend". If I moved and became butt-buddies with my next door neighbor in about a day, I wouldn't just open up to him/her and say "Oh and just to let you know, I like Astro Boy and I go on a forum called Astroboy-online and my username is Astro Boy8629. I need you to go and speak up in my defense on there, if that is ok with you?" Does that make any sense at all?

So yeah, I just hope that she uses her last chance wisely. I believe that she will learn from her mistakes, as will other members, and she may or may not gain back some of the respect that she had lost from other members on the forum.

I want to apologize for i what i said to you all , what i did,and how i behaved this past week. I was stupid and immature in the wrong place and at wrong time,I deeply regret what i did,what i said,and how i behaved. It was totally unacceptable and uncalled for on my part. As a result,
People who called me a friend,now do not respect me and or trust me becuase of my actions.

This was ,inexplicably, a reality check for me,that i was hurting the people, i call friends and for that I cried,literally, in shame and embarrassment and was torn from the inside. I was wanting to leave but I decided not to and just stand up and take responsiblity for my actions and grow up.

Thanks to Astro Forever,who has given me a second chance and i am willing to change my ways and learn from my mistakes and make up for them then continue to move on with life with a learned lesson and a good reason to not do it again.

I know that many members have already suggested this, however today I was thinking about starting a 'chat thread' in the General discussion where there isn't a topic and basically its a place where people just 'chat' about stuff without needing to think if its on-topic or off. Also, the messages there can be shorter.

All suggestions are welcome
