I know a little bit about hacking but not much,I'm not claiming to be 1337 or anything like that.

But out of curiosity, Astro Forever why didn't you make a thread about my question on trolls? I asked something similar about how often this forum gets internet trolls but you didn't give me any warnings or make a new thread about it, why?

1. You didn't ask in the sticky thread about the rules and guidelines, which I think is one thread in which it is especially important to stick to the topic.
2. The other topic (this one, for those who wonder) as it was intended turned out to be about something else once it was established and recognized that spammers had a lot of influence over how many people there were in the active members list.
3. The original creator of the thread herself asked about the history of the site in that topic, and so your question was relevant.
4. It was the second question in a row from the same person that wasn't on topic in the rules and guidelines thread.
5. I don't think I ever had to ask you even once to remain on topic; in that case, I might have replied in the rules thread if you had asked, but then I would have been more confident that the discussion wouldn't keep going.

In other words, I don't want to scare everybody into remaining on topic. Most people do that just fine and, when they happen to go off topic, it doesn't seem to disturb everybody else. People should only worry if they find themselves submitting a few dozens of posts everyday and people start telling them about it.

Robots like this botnet are also capable of bad things! (actually its software).

And yes, I also am annoyed by this. Hopefully some day they'll stop
