Sorry I'm late. I've been ill with strep throat the last couple days. That does it! Next time my little sister gets strep throat, I'm staying either at Grandma's or a friends house until she's better. Anyways, I wanted to wait until Alittleacorn sent in an entry, but she inplide that she was busy, so I'll go ahead and choose a winner now.

I don't see why not. Before I learned about Photoshop, I had to get by with the editing system from photobucket, so I think it should be okay.

You can use Photoshop, Painshop Pro, Gimp, Windows Paint , whatever you like.

I agree with Anime Girl 16.

the idea of this game is not necessarily to use "photoshop" on the pic but to alter it in some way, you can use whatever you want.

some people use the gimp, ms paint or whatever they have.

I don't thing anybody has hand edited a pic before, this could be interesting.
