Dr. O'shea heard the clatter outside and when he went to look he saw a deformed Astro. He knew it was Astro so he picked him up and brought him inside. He tried and tried to get the werewolf virus out of Astro but he couldnt because if he took Astro apart he wouldnt be able to put him back together so he turned to the only person that new how to put Astro back together Dr. Tenma. Tenma agreed but...

he demanded that Dr. O'shay give up all rights to Astro and that Astro become the sole property of Tenma. O'shay reluctantly agreed because he would do anything to save the robot boy that he thought of as his own son. He just hoped that Tenma would not reprogram him to obey him and that Astro would still have kokoro and the ability to think for himself...

Dr. Tenma though didn't want Astro to remember his old better lead life so before he even tried to get out the virus he erased all of Astros memories. Once he had finished taking out the virus he began to awake Astro with electric pulses. He then saw Astro begin to twich. "Tobio, arrise!"...

Astro twitched once more and sat up. With a dumbfounded look on his face he said, "Um, you know I'm a robot, right? This isn't a necromancy. No need to chant and dance." Tenma stopped in mid-dance and responded with....

"Do you know who you are robot?" at first Astro had a surpised duh look on his face but it quikly faded to fear as he relised he couldn't remember who he was "You are Tobio" Tenma said. Astro felt as if something was controlling him and he repeated to Tenma "I am Tobio." Then Tenma comanded Astro to follow and that same forse he had just felt, brought him to his feet and made him walk stiff jointed like C-3p.o. Then, Tenma told Astro to sit and that force slammed him in the chair be for Tenma could finish the word sit. Astro was being concontrolled like a normall robot with no free will or kokoro...... don don dddooonnn

Satisfied, Tenma ordered Tobio to follow him and went home as Dr. O'Shay was watching them leave the ministry of science, bemused and discouraged. Would Astro be missing forever?
