AprilSeven, you don't how much your words mean to me. I keep hoping that someone other than Jeffbert is benefitting from all this work I am doing.

For your sake I will do my best. But please understand that while I have a rudimentary knowledge of Japanese, I am in no way fluent. But I can translate after a fashion and will continue when I can. But I think from what I have seen, there are others on this forum with greater expertise (Strange Wings) than I.

I am in the process of watching 175 &176, ROBOT WARS; & expect to upload a few images next week. Currently, there are threads for both, but only a few pics. So anyway, I would like translations of the captions for 1 Dr. Fooler (there are 2 on p128, & 1 on 129). I already know the robot boy is 'Mercury,' & think I have the white-haired guy's name. The pic at extreme lower left on p129 would be nice to know about. The TW site says a robot named 'Logos' is behind the evil, but I am still confused about this Logos. Is it Fooler, or the pic at extreme lower left on p129?

Just to give you an update. Today I had to see my doctor and some of his staff are Japanese. While waiting to see my doctor I asked one of the girls who is Japanese if she could translate some of the paragraphs you are interested in. Guess what. Even she had trouble making out the sentences. She was able to make out that the caption on pg. 129 had something to do with the character losing control. And I believe she said that the white-haired guy's name is something like Dr. Dallas. The picture at extreme lower left had something to do with chemicals or possibly some sort of chemical reaction. She still had trouble and asked for help from one of the other Japanese girls. She also could not make heads or tails out of the paragraphs either. So you see, if native speakers are having trouble with these captions, then think how difficult it would be for someone who has only a rudimentary knowledge of the language. Hope this helps!

To clarify the white haired guy might also be Dr. Delos. I believe she said something that sounded like Dr. Dallas or Dr. Delos. I remembered it better when it happened then when I got to this post.
