Ok, so here's an example of differences that confuse me a little bit. I took some of the images from the thread Astro Forever posted above with all of the 80s screen caps, and took one from the Uncut Pilot of the Birth of Astro, which you can see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fDZyssGFqIw

And so, here's the sheet. Check out the feet. Each one looks slightly different to me. Maybe I'm being a little too picky. What do you guys think?

I don't think you are too picky. In #1, his feet are not even colored. That is a mistake. I think the most common occurence in the series is #3.

#2: Astro had not been given his boots yet.

Hi Astro Forever. I'm glad to hear that. #2 and #3 are actually the designs I like the most. I like the look of #2, but with the boots approaching his knee like in #3. And my model as is sort of reflects that. The bottom of his feet in # 2 look more like they did in the model sheet you posted here: http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a164/choupie2/astro/gallery/gallery9.jpg

I can only assume the 3D model looks ok as is, because you said it did, and I trust your judgment more than mine. That being said, as the 80s version connoisseur you appear to be, I am curious if you have a preference to the way his feet are rendered in the series, despite what appears most often.

#1 is unreal, it's almost as if Astro doesn't have feet. I find #2 a little better than #1 but not that much. So my preference is #3.

Going by what Astro looks like barefoot, #2 seems a little unrealistic to me too:

However, you're probably much better than I am at evaluating proportions. I've always been awful at drawing.
