That was interesting having everybody try to pronounce my username.

For those who don't know how to pronounce my username, it's Shee-yoh-nah-sah-n. Shee-yoh-nuh-sah-n works too.

I meant to welcome everybody with "welcome X" in the beginning, but was wondering what I would do when it would be your turn.

But I guess even then skype still would've crashed a thousand times .

There was a point where we were quite stable and we were still about 10 or 11. Apparently the traffic is split between all the participants so my firewall was probably not the issue, especially since I could hear the voices very well all the time, but obviously if there is a next time I'll make sure to turn it off even if I'm not hosting, who knows if it could help.

I think that if we get above 10, it's probably better, for those who are able to do it, to turn off the microphone when not speaking. Being many many to either speak at the same time or carry background noise didn't seem to help. I think that's when we seemed to crash.

Perhaps for next time we should start off with an easy question (something I think AprilSeven suggested at the beginning, but we were not prepared for it so it didn't really work). Something like "who's your favorite character" or anything, and have people speak one at a time (say, I speak and then I say it's Ghost's turn, and so on) to break the ice and get started, which would ensure everybody has the opportunity to speak. It might make it easier for those who are less comfortable.

Perhaps even having a possible topic or two here to start off could be interesting. Perhaps we could start with some of the currently active topics on the forum?

I wish I could have updated the thread more but as I said, I've had a few problems with my computer being slow, and it was very hard to summarize especially in the beginning.
