I've been looking into self hypnosis videos and audio files on the internet lately. They do have a weird affect on me and I wonder if they actually work. I'd also like to see if affects certain people differently.
I've never been to a hypnotist, neither public nor professional. If anyone here is interested and is willing, I'd like you to click the link at the bottom of the post and it will lead you to a self hypnosis video. It doesn't really make you do anything, it just entrances you if anything but that's all.
Be sure to post if it does anything, and if you have hypnotized before let me know as well.
When I watch some self hypnosis videos most of my body feels kinda heavy, but not really that heavy. I don't really want to move around, get up, or do anything that requires me to move. All I want to do is just sit and listen to the voice, and when I wake up I feel a little dizzy/light headed and then not too long afterword it wares off.
That's how I feel when I listen to those and I don't know if anyone feels the same, or if that's how you're suppose to feel. If anyone has the time and is interested, watch the video and post your experience.
Think of it as an experiment, and of course you don't have to participate if you don't want to.

I did it just right now and it was relaxing. For about roughly a half of it , it did not feel like it had any effect , but for the latter half it worked. I would probably do much better in a room where there's no TV blaring either lol but it worked, just a bit differently than you .

That happened to me also a few times too :d oh:. While those shocked me, they weren't anything special.
I tried it and noticed nothing at all. Except that message in the middle several times, something like "if you're seeing this message you're not following correctly the instructions"
Did you see it too?

The real sign that someone has become a fanatic is that he completely loses his sense of humor about some important facet of his life. When humor goes, it means he's lost his perspective.
