Erm...I got really bored and kinda stopped the vid before it got to the end.

I tried it and noticed nothing at all. Except that message in the middle several times, something like "if you're seeing this message you're not following correctly the instructions" Did you see it too?

That's because the instructor said to close your eyelids, and thus if you are seeing that message, the instructions weren't followed.

Well ok, I must have skipped a few of what he said So what's the point of the spirals rolling on the screen anyway?

According to the vid... its meant t make you relaxed or something. Did not work on me, though.

My theory is the spirals are there to make your vision dizzy at the end, so you can say the hypnosis worked. The way you're forced into not moving for so long making your body go somewhat numb is also another way to make it seem like it's working.
