GUUUUUUUUUURL u gotta tell im' I when I first told my BF that I liked him, he wanted to be with me immediately, and besides, even if he doesn't like you back, he'll still be a close friend, and it wont be embarassing if he moves away and no-one knows u like him. [so aim for the moon, and even if u miss, you'll still land amungst the stars. ;) ]

I have made my decision. I am gonna tell him. I'm gonna stop being such a wuss and tell him the truth, even if he doesn't talk to me. It's better to have no regrets.

Certainly do tell him! What have you got to lose?

At the VERY worst, he becomes afraid and runs away. BUT, he is moving away anyhow, so you're no worse of fthan when you started.

At best, however, you keep in contact and all :)
