Wow, the number of pages sure climbs with each book. I might look it up some time.

The Borrowers are 5 books. The Borrowers is 180 pages, The Borrowers Afield is 215 pages, The Borrowers Afloat is 191 pages, The Borrowers Aloft is 224 pages, and The Borrowers Avenged is 298 pages.

I can read anything for ages, as long as it's entertaining. Of course it's not a good idea to read a whole book online.

@ Satus: Ooh, I love Studio Ghibli, too! :w00t: What are some of you're favorites from them? :D

Hello, by the way. (Sorry, went to eat dinner. :d oh: ^^; xD)

To Black Rabbit: My favourites? ALL OF THEM. :D But haha, I guess Whisper of the Heart if I had to pick just one, it's one of their most mundane movies, but it still holds a lot of magic in the story telling. But I love Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind so much too, I even got the original manga by Hayao Miyazaki, and the art book.

@ Satus: Cool! :D I have yet to see all of them. ;o; (I really want to see Princess Mononoke [did I spell that right? xD], seems like another famous one.) My two favorites are Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. Laputa , Kiki's Delivery Service, Ponyo, and My Neightbor Totoro are cute, too. I have to find out which ones I haven't watched yet... xD

Princess Mononoke was really good. :) I hope you enjoy it when you see it.
If you liked Ponyo and My Neighbor Totoro, you might like Panda co Panda too.
Have you tried Porco Rosso? I really like it.

@Satus: Have I asked you if you've read the Hunger Games yet? (I ask that so much that my friend [for an acting lesson thing] actually acted as me saying that XD)

@ Satus: Cool. :D I've seen so much fanart of Princess Mononoke, it looks very interesting. Ooh, are they dubbed or just subbed? :) No, I haven't seen either one yet, but now I have more Studio Ghibli movies to look up. ^w^

To Gotta Love ASTRO BOY: I've never read the Hunger Games, I looked it up just now. It sounds interesting, but maybe a little scary.

To Black Rabbit: All my Ghibli DVDs are bilingual in English and Japanese and have subtitles for English or people with poor hearing (if I recall correctly). I enjoy watching them in both languages. So most likely both languages are available, but be sure to check on the case anyway. The Studio Ghibli Wikipedia page also lists the movies.

Hi everyone! :)

Congratulations on your drawing, GLAB, that was really nice! :D

Did any of you take any art class, or did you just improve with practice?

Oh I know the feeling. English isn't my first language so...! For how long have you been studying?

Well yes, why not? I wouldn't be surprised if the proportions sometimes helped even more than a more realistic human form!
