Well some may start at a higher or lower price than others. It's bound to vary. You'll be really very lucky if you can get a particular volume you need for as little as 75 cents.

Some of them are a little better than on Amazon. I only need a few more myself.
The seller ships out of my hometown, so I'm trying to find out if they have a physical location, but I don't think they do.

I feel your pain. I've got a bunch of them but most of them I had to buy at conventions since they're not in print anymore and even then it's a pain. A lot of people sell manga at conventions but at most half of those people (often less) have Astro Boy
