When Toby got home, his mother still wasn't there, so he went to bed.
The next morning Toby was waken up by his mother.
"happy birthday Toby!" hoshie said.
"oh yeah! Thanks mom!"
"and I've got some exciting news! I spent all of last night begging the heads of the angels to transfer you to guardian angel, and they said they would!!"
"really? That's amazing!!! Well, whos guardian am I?"
"well... That's what's the bad part... The only person that was open was Astro tenma..."
"oh man! I don't want to be his!"
"sorry Toby, but if you don't want to keep opening the gates, then you better get used to it... Now come on, it's you birthday!"
"I guess..."
After that Toby decided to take a look down to earth at how ASTRO was speding his birthday.
Tenma walked into Astros room.
"happy, birthday son!!!"
"oh ghee thanks dad!"
Tenma and Astro kept talking and laughing, and Toby just sat and watched... Not being able to do anything...

Chapter 6: meghans back
Once toby got home, he was very depressed. How could his father celebrate his birthday? He should be mourning! It really got to him and made him hate ASTRO even more!
"that stupid robot is just a copy... A copy of me! He will never be real, he's just a fake." was what Toby always kit saying to him self for months! Still having to watch over Astro. The months grew longer and longer. More hatred was building about inside Toby. And then one day he almost lost it...
"Toby, your Gonna be late for guardian."
"well, maybe that's a good thing"
"Toby tenma you go do your job right now!"
"ugh... Fine" so Toby left to follow astro to school. The day was normal other than there was a new girl at school. The whole day was slow, astro answered every question in class and so on. Before Toby knew it, it was 4:00 and time to go. He followed Astro down the hall but stopped when he saw a familiar face running towards astro.
"oh no..." was all Toby could say when he saw his girlfriend Meghan give Astro a huge hug with a smile on her face.
