2003 version, i like the addition of her being able to kind of communicate with animals. I thought she was kind of annoying in the 80s series, haven't really seen the 60's version. I like her in the manga more than the 80s version.

Uran in Pluto no doubt!! She is smart, independent and . . . so REAL. The other versions of her are really too "silly" IMHO. I always wanted Astro's sister to be as special as he, not a "princess" or "air head." She's "cute" no matter what, but I find her much more endearing as a character who has her own real role to play in the story. Urasawa really made her shine in Pluto.
Plus I love those cute little twin ponytails, and when she tells Atom he'll never get a girlfriend if he keeps peeking in ladies handbags. The look on his face was priceless! XD
Oh, yeah, it's also very "real" and human that Atom is a little in awe of Uran's ability to sense pain/fear in creatures - something he doesn't have. One place the "mighty" Atom isn't mighty.

I like her in general. She reminds me of Sis. The 60's version, a little silly looking, but cute. 2003 version, very cool, and she can speak to animals! 80's version, TOO CUTE!!!!!!
You're not a joke, you fit right in!
So shake it off, and give a grin. Don't be afraid to stand your ground! Crazy, noisy BIZARRE Town!

I think I have to go with Anime Girl 16 on this one. To me, there is something to like about each version of Uran. I like the '60s version mainly because of her attire, the '80s version because she is cute (though kind of annoying like jmb2891 said), and the 2003 version because of her coolness, silliness, and, again, her attire.
If I had to choose one, I would have to go with her 2003 version.
