Meanwhile, Astro falls hard onto a small ledge. He is conscious, but begins to slowly get up, just in time to see the robot unfortunately. It throws a punch at him, but he quickly dodges.

H; Tarou-chan...do you even care about Astro?

T; Of course I do.

H; Then why do this to him...if you're going to be so cruel to him, you might as well be cruel to me too...

T; Hoshie...

[Astro Forever]

Tenma: You just don't understand, you don't think long term. It's like a kid going to school. He must learn.

Hoshie: Learn what, how to deal with... humans like that?

O'Shay was in disbelief. He was starting to fee really angry, but was curious to know what Tenma had in mind.

Astro's energy was starting to get low. His reaction time started getting slower.

Astro just continued to stare down the robot in front of him. O'Shay noticed this.

O; Tenma, you have to call off the match now!

T; He'll be fine O'Shay-

H; Do what he says Tarou-chan! Please, I'm begging you!

Tenma soon saw the honest, desperate look in her eyes. As much as he tried, he couldn't ignore that look. With a sigh, he took out a device from his coat pocket, and pushed a red button. The robot soon fell over lifeless, much to Astro's confusion.

From where she was, Hoshie began to cry. Tenma soon came over and embraced her into a hug, attempting to comfort her.

T; I'm sorry...

H; Don't give me that! You're not sorry for anything, you ungrateful jerk-

T; I'm sorry I made you worry...

Hoshie is silent upon hearing this. Meanwhile, Astro finally makes it back up the ledge.

A; Mister-

He stops upon seeing Tenma and Hoshie embraced in a hug

He looked at O'Shay, who was already looking in his direction. He walked slowly towards him. If he had doubted O'Shay a little earlier, he wasn't anymore.

Please explain me...

O'Shay: It was this man who designed you. This is his wife, even though they no longer live together.

Astro: Why can't I remember?

O'Shay: Your memory unit has been damaged.

A; It has?...But why?...

O; I'm not sure...

Astro just stares at him in confusion. Tenma notices this, and soon puts his hands on Hoshie's shoulders

T; I'll leave him to you for now Hoshie...

She looks up to stare at him

T; Please try not to worry, I promise we'll a family again soon...

Hoshie is surprised by this, but before she can say anything, Tenma soon flies off on his jet glider, leaving her alone with O'Shay and Astro

Astro: Who was this man?

Hoshie couldn't say a word.

O'Shay: "He's the man who designed you."

Astro: "I had assumed it was you."

O'Shay: "No... you were designed after his son. You look just like him. And this woman was his mother."

Hoshie bursted into tears.

Astro's widen upon seeing this

A; Hoshie!

He runs over to her, and puts his small hands on her shoulders. After he sees, just how hard she's crying, his face turns serious

A; Doctor, let's take her back to the Ministry, so that she can calm down.

O'Shay is surprised at first to hear this, but soon nods his head in agreement

O; Right.

[Astro Forever]

En route to the ministry, Astro noticed he had this inner feeling that his life had suddenly taken a new direction. He no longer felt like a young, innocent boy. He had a past he never suspected. Tobio... who was he?

Meanwhile, Tenma was shaken. He had not expected to meet Hoshie. That wasn't part of the plan. As he went back to his new hideout, he passed Shadow, who was smiling. This irritated Tenma.

"I didn't design you to laugh at me! You don't know what it's like to be in my shoes!"

[Prettywitchiusaka]

Sh; No, but it is certainly interesting to watch.

Tenma could feel his anger rising. However, he was much too tired to really say anything anymore. With a small sigh, he sat himself down in his chair. Shadow continued to watch him.

Sh; So, do you have any plans to get rid of her?

T; No...she is of no threat to our cause. That, I can assure you...


(BTW, great move! I did not expect you to bring in Shadow!)

Shadow: Really? If she was of no threat, then why was she there?

Tenma didn't know what to reply. He didn't even want to consider the possibility, and he was exhausted. The last thing he wanted was to get into a confrontation with her.

"What can she do anyway?"

Shadow: It might become more difficult to rally Tobio.

Tenma: O'Shay was not going to make it easy anyway. Anyway, I know Tobio more than they do.
