The story of "When Uran falls in love" put Atom's morals and standards at test:
Will he kill a enemy who played with Uran's feelings and is yet unable to feel remorse?
Or will he try to find a way to just disable his enemy to be captured?
But, as Count Walpurgis said, Zeus have a self destruct device should he is defeated.
Which means he'll die either being killed by Atom or being spared, because the self destruct mechanism will be activated.

Also, what to you think about how Atom respect Uran's feelings?
His attitude in the plot suits him?

I think it's a very interesting concept, Toshio. And I think it is appropriate for Atom to be protective of Uran and her feelings, so the fact that he is upset with Zues seems very well in-character. ^^

Can't wait for more, sounds awesome!

In "True Strenght is Love" shows Atom seeing humans making use of cheat to win in sports.
So, it's up to him teach what true strenght is.
That story also adds Jetter Mars as a supporting character and he even ironise it.
