If you guys like Adventure Time you might also like Bravest Warriors on YouTube. It has the same feel and is made by the same guy who makes Adventure Time. There aren't very many episodes (yet), but I like it
It is, however, aimed toward a slightly older audience, so instead of being rated TVPG, I think it's more of a movie rating PG. I say this because it is too much to be given a TVPG rating, but not so much that it has to be rated TV14 or PG13. If that makes sense...
