has anyone bugged you for having such an Astro boy obession

If you do go for some Purple of other color hair dye please investigate what junk is used to make the stuff. I've heard that some of the chemicals used in some hair dyes are of questionable origin and might be cancerogenic over long term use. I don't mean to scare anybody, just use some common sense.

Ugh, 80's Atlas... just, no. I don't even... and either form really... NO. You're lucky you liked Livian; I didn't really care that much for her... And talk about a freaky relationship dynamic! I mean, first he asks her to be his mom, and it's all sweet and cute; but THEN he turns up all grown-up and super-ugly, and he's remade Livian into some kind of... Crystal Queen Concubine... thing. I mean, wow. And how'd he rebuild her in the first place? Or HIMSELF, for that matter? As far as I could tell, Walpurgis blasted him but good, and then once he gets on-up on Walpurgis, he /crawls/ back home, and seems to commit robotic suicide.

I don't know how he did that either. All I know is that after seeing his ugly face (and everything else of his on the screen) Livian was a relief. I'm just a little suspicious about the fact that when he remade Livian he practically put her in a bathing suit. That's a little sketchy, Atlas.

@Tetsuwan - I already know about that. My parents wouldn't let me use dangerous dye anyways. My mom only uses this certain natural Japanese dye she spent A LONG time looking for. Thanks for the advice anyway!

The Astro Torch has been passed in my family.

My parents often notice things that I like and forward me links or text me photos. Like when Mom ran across an article about the abandoned water park at Disney World or when Dad met someone with the Moomins on their keychain. They think, "Oh, Mrs. Eclipse loves Disney/Moomins/Felix the Cat/whatever, I should show this to her/tell her about this." Nothing unusual about that.

My dad was a fan of Astro Boy when he was a kid, because he watched it as a kid when it was on. So whenever the family noticed Astro Boy (which wasn't that often ) we would think about Dad, send him a picture or whatevs. One time at a yard sale we bought the Astro Boy board game and he displayed it in the home office (we moved the office-long story- and now can't find it . That was before I discovered :astro Nothing unusual about that.

Last week, my mom saw a picture on Facebook of a library display, "Japan in Springtime." It had a mix of cherry blossom-related things, travel books, and miscellaneous pop culture. Mom saw an Astro Boy head (I think it's a mask), immediately thought of me, and sent the picture. In her words: "saw the astro boy head and thought of you - not your dad " He was quite surprised to learn this. I may face repercussions. To make it up to Dad, last Saturday me, him, and my brother all watched some Diver Dan. He's still the one in the family that knows what a Diver Dan is.

So now I'm the family's Astro Boy fan. It's quite a heavy responsibility.

Oh there was a cliff hanger with Baron Barracuda and a hand grenade where Dan had to disarm a booby trap by shooting a sea dart though the ring of the grenade

"Dan has one shot left, he can't reload. If he hits the grenade it will explode!"
