Unfortunately, I'm kind of short on funds so I can't really help with pledges, but I'm definitely going to advertise this site everywhere so that maybe it'll become less unfamiliar.

They have some low cost options for pledges which won't buy you a DVD, but will get you some fan material and help out a little.

That would be a good idea.
It's gonna be a little tough though because my parents don't really care for me spending money online, but I think if I save up enough, I could probably convince them to let me help.

I am SO going to do this. :w00t:

@Sporkia: You live in /Georgia/? That's just a few states down from where I live! Small world, eh?

Edit: Done. I remembered to ask for Jetter Mars at almost the last second- I hope they don't mind that my "list" isn't really in list format, eheh...

I also hope that I didn't make us sound like a bunch of pompous a$$es. ^-^;

Yep, I filled it out too. I recommended some stuff like Jetter Mars and Ribon No Kishi. Along with Astro 2003.

I said that Astro Boy (2003) in Japanese and uncut would come first for me, followed by Dororo, Jetter Mars, Astro Boy 1963 in Japanese, a Blu-ray release of Osamu Dezaki's Black Jack series, and Kaiba from Madhouse. And every other Tezuka.

Of course, I also clicked all the Tezuka titles that had checkboxes, including Yomiuri's Black Jack (2005) movie.
I'm on Twitter.

F-Man, Kaiba has been released over here in Australia. $30 I think.

Looked over and filled out. Really, all I'm interested in at this point is point is anything Astro Boy related. But I'll certainly post anything in the forums (when they're up and running) if it comes up.

I'm really proud of you all - when I got in tonight I noticed this thread had 125 views . . .so hopefully about half that number (even if you aren't an active member here . . . we also want YOU to go there and fill out the survey too - you also DON'T have to be an Anime Sols member)

Many people taking small steps can make a big difference . . . we can come through for Astro!!

I asked for the 89 1960's episodes never translated out of Japanese

Remember that the sole reason those episodes weren't subbed in the regular 60's boxsets is because NBC literally destroyed them. They don't exist anymore. God bless America ;_;
