ANOTHER MYSTERIOUS question-!? THANKS APRIL!

FUN MYSTERIOUS QUESTIONS!
I simply think it's because Astro is an old anime, and Scooby Doo is an American cartoon that has had numerous remakes. Many people are turned off by animes simply because they don't like animes (or often just don't want to like them), and because it's an older series many anime fans won't watch it. I was in an anime club (it was awful btw), and they only showed animes from like 2005+ because most younger people just don't like older things. It's stupid, really. Not to mention the 2009 movie which busted his reputation outside of Japan even more.
Also, the 80s and 2003 versions were a bit of a flop in the USA, so the last good reboot we've had in the states was back in the 60s. Scooby Doo, however, is American made so we don't have to worry a about bad dubbing. Also, the Scooby Doo remakes in the early-mid 2000s were pretty good, giving it a better reputation and publicity (despite how awful the live-action movies were). The newest cartoon remake is 'eh', but still not terrible.
I personally like both, but it's easy to see why Scooby is known more outside of Japan than Astro.

I'm not sure why. Lots of kids shows today are even less violent than they used to be. It is obvious people are still quite blood-thirsty, but maybe they are trying to change that.
I was just wondering if anyone actually noticed that the hunter (in the Bugs Bunny show) was trying to kill a rabbit! Still I remember watching Astro Boy (80's version) and kept thinking, "why is it in almost every episode someone dies?"
Plus for some reason people don't like the idea of watching kids die, or an evil, abusive father (if your thinking 2003), or even Atom's whining. I love Astro Boy, but there are problems in all those series that people just don't care about. It's not fair to poor little Atom.
Shove a cute picture of Atom in their face. TRY TO SAY "NO" NOW!

The fire burns UP while the house falls down?
I give up on goosees and moosees.
Why is a reckless driver likely to get into a car wreck?

I think that question answers itself; a reckless driver ends up in a car wreck because they are reckless. Reasons for their recklessness could be because they were drunk, really tired, or not able to make decisions while driving all that well.
