Tezuka in the 2003 series?

In the episode "the blue knight" #26 (ELV#18) there is a scene where the passengers on the air ship are braced for a rough landing. I think I saw one frame go by with a passenger having a large round nose who was wearing a beret. Could it have been?

Yes that is the frame I was talking about. I think I also see the right lens of his eyeglasses in the frame as well.
That could be the only cameo of Tezuka in the 2003 series.

Because Pluto had clobbered him, & he is lying on his back.
