Today would have been Osamu Tezuka's 85th birthday

I'm sure that seems "old" to many of our members, but my father is the same age (he turned 85 in August), and I am now 60 plus a few months - just about the exact age he was when he died. I grieve because I know in a very personal way just how "young" you actually are at 60, and also how many more years he could have contributed to the culture of our world.

But I'm so grateful for his life and say "Thank you, Dr. Tezuka, and Happy Birthday from down here on Earth!"
