I have no idea, though I have heard that hair darkens with age.

hmm... really? Actually, my hair is turning white a bit. I have seen a couple of gray hairs on my head a lot lately. Is that normal? Maybe from stress or taking too much medication?

My beard became gray long before my hair even began to change.

People's hair color can change and even texture to a point. Usually with age hair can lighten or darken and usually will get finer or even coarser depending on the person. I am only 26 and I have sprouted the occasional white hair, I was born with red hair but as a child my hair came out a light blonde and then when I hit puberty it changed back to red. My partner is 27 years old with dark brunette hair, and they have a LOT of silver hair and they were born with black hair.

It all really depends on the person and what sorts of hormones they have and gene expression and environment.

Facial features... typically don't change too much. So yes while hair color can change from what I know it's usually not drastic, such as from blonde to dark brown. Unless as a lad Tenma was bleaching his hair.

I'm only 15. My hair is black. Though I do have some light brown strands of hair on my head somewhere. And now, I think that those white strands of hair were the brown ones. But I guess that's normal. My brother has some grays on his head, and he's 18. (Though he does take a lot of medication which could be the cause of it.)

I was born light blonde and my hair darkened slowly over time. It wasn't long before I became a fully-fledged brunette, and I've been a brunette for years, although it wasn't always so dark.

I'm 15 turning 16 and my hair is black since I'm Asian......I've got a friend who's my age but lots of HER hair's turning white already. And I actually used a have a few natural red hairs when I was about 5, but they vanished eventually X3
