Megaman Battle Network is a fun anime with no sex or romance in it. It's also known as Rockman.EXE or NT Warrior. The very first season was dubbed in Canada with the talented Ocean crew, however the majority of the anime was never dubbed so you have to look for it on youtube or maybe Crunchyroll. There are other ways to see it but everyone knows what that means.

Let's see... There are others that are pretty safe that stay away from the sex and focus on plot more than anything. Full Metal was surprising clean despite references to rape and having the licentious character Lust in it.

If you really want to stay away from the sex and the raunchiness you really have little options; you can watch 'kids' anime or try to go retro (as many retro animes although sometimes gory often stayed away from sex).

Saint Seiya the Lost Canvas is one anime that has no romance in it, and the classic series "Saint Seiya" (sometimes called Knights of the Zodiac) also has no sex or raunchiness. It does however contain violence and blood (though Lost Canvas is very clean).

The newer Saint Seiya series by the name of Saint Seiya Omega is made for kids and also has no sex mentioned and keeps pretty clean, I however don't know much about it as I stay away from it (the art style is bleh to me).

It also depends on what you mean by 'adult stuff'. Some people define 'adult' as seeing the slightest hints of blood and others just seeing a topless female figure.

I watch kids anime more than I watch tv-14 anime. Kids anime focuses more on action and adventure and are a joy to watch! ^_^! That's why I watch them.

Also, I watched one episode of megaman before. It was ok, but I stopped watching it because I couldn't find the rest in english.

I did enjoy watching spider riders. (Yes it was a kids anime.)

And I mean adult stuff by nudity.

Cardcaptor Sakura, if I'm not mistaken, was also really clean.

I'm a little useless in this department as I usually watch the more serious anime which (inevitably) does have adult themes in it.

Ah! Pandora Hearts is very clean. No nudity and no romance or sex, just plot.

I used to watch and read cardcaptor sakura back when I was 10.

And I read some of the manga of pandora hearts before. It was pretty good, though it didn't really make sense to me. Also I stopped reading them because I get a little embarrased when I rent manga at the library and the school's libraian always has something to say to me like rent AR books instead of comic books.

If she says that, then she's not a very good librarian. Comic books can be incredibly educational and offer the same amount of benefits as reading plain text, while there's not a lot of volume of text in comics you can expect the same experiences when reading as you do normal books. Also, if the school didn't want kids to rent comics... they wouldn't have them available now would they?!

She should know all of this. Really.

Outlaw Star is also a fairly clean anime free from nudity (except for one episode that Toonami was not allowed to air for very specific reasons...)

I really like Outlaw Star, I'm glad I found the entire series at a pawn shop for $15.

Silver Spoon is a pretty clean anime, though there is one moment I can think of that is pretty strange. The first episode is also a little strange in general, but if you get past that episode, you'll be fine. Also, the opening has the main character step in a pile of animal crap, but considering the anime/manga centers around an agricultural school, it's inevitable. Compared to a lot of other anime out there, Silver Spoon is very clean.

It's from the same author who created Fullmetal Alchemist. If you enjoyed that anime, then you'll enjoy Silver Spoon.

Well friends, let me tell you about an obscure gem of an anime I recently marathoned known as Juuni Senshi Bakuretsu Eto Ranger. (I imagine those of you who follow me on tumblr are probably groaning "here she goes again...")

To sum it up, basically, the spirits of the 12 Zodiac animals ride around in a giant robot and go to storybook worlds that have been screwed up by monsters in disguise and try to fix them. They cover everything, like Snow White, Saiyuki, Moby Dick (Fun Fact: Captain Ahab is voiced by Akio Otsuka, the guy responsible for Black Jack's voice in the OVAs and anime!) and more.

It's a really lighthearted show with some very strange humor and a plot that's pretty easy to follow. It actually starts to get pretty intense and emotional as it builds up to the climax, but there's plenty of action and jokes to spare and it all settles down by the end. It's also a pretty clean anime, overall. I can only think of two instances where very mildly pervy humor happened.

The only thing that sucks is that it never got licensed stateside, so there's no English dub, and only the first 15 episodes have English fansubs on youtube (apparently, you can find episode 16 subbed somewhere on livejournal though). However, somebody's got the rest of the episodes on youtube too, but with Chinese subtitles, if you still want to watch the rest from there. Even if you can't read the Chinese subtitles or don't know Japanese, it's still pretty easy to understand. I highly recommend it.
It's a magical day!

Kyou Kara Maou, although very poorly animated and seriously WTF at times with its plot is clean and light hearted with lots of serious highs. It's about an average teen that loves baseball who is flushed down a toilet to another world where he is crowned demon king and then gets engaged to another boy by slapping him across the face when he insulted his mother. The series covers a lot of things from cultural differences, racism and sexism but does it in a light hearted fashion. Although the main character is engaged to another boy that is not the main part of the series and more or less is just in there as a joke (as is typical of anime anyway when it comes to same gendered romances). That and there is no real romance in the anime as a whole anyway.

I really enjoyed this anime in high school (it was animated back in 2003... man I'm getting old), but now knowing what I know about animation and writing I can see some of its flaws. It's still pretty fun though, and good for a laugh. Believe me this anime is hilarious.

Ah... Eto Ranger. You know, I think I remember that anime from somewhere but I can't remember from where or even when... It looks so familiar...

I would have to say, I did watch an anime called "Baka & Test". Ever heard of it? It's a show about highschoolers battling for test scores with avatars. It's kinda funny. Though, can be a little perverted at times, but I think they do that on purpose just to make people laugh because it's a comedy. I used to love that show back in middle school. I forgot about it, and when I heard about season 2 coming to america, I was hoping that they would soon put it up on netfilx. But sadly, they never did. (Not sure though, because I usually look up movies to watch only on instant play on my wii. Never check online.)

Anyways, it's a pretty good anime and is funny. It's not really clean much, but if you're about 14 years old or older, then it's okay for you to watch it. (I think they try to hide the nudity in the series.) (I think I watched it when I was about 12! )
