a THOMAS' English muffin of whole wheat with Walmart brand spreadable butter on it. I expect to have some M&Ms w/ peanuts soon, but, as I am 55 & a bit overweight, I want to limit the sugar.

btw, last night I had some sushi, and I tried some green stuff, and I was dying for some water the next second.Unfortunately, I couldn't find any water,so I got some pop instead. Anyways, that green stuff was spicy and nasty. (I think its called musabe or something like that.)

I just made my super-filling energy oatmeal. It's old-fashioned oats boiled with a full teaspoon of cinnamon with a dash of nutmeg along with chia seeds and mixed nuts with dried cranberries. I spoon a dollop of nonfat greek yogurt on top of it and then drizzle it with honey. YUM! It's super filling and will give you energy for hours. I eat this stuff before hiking trips.

I just ate some shrimp noodles and sushi. The sushi was good, but good God, I am no good at cooking cause the noodles were barely cooked.

I just made a mixed berry smoothie with greek yogurt and chia seeds. It's really yummy. I'm thinking about maybe freezing it and having it as a frozen treat instead of a smoothie though, it just tastes like partially liquified ice cream.

A little later I'm going to subway!
