I would expect the moderators to post more than the other forum members on the virtue that they should be around more often.

I've always found it amusing how Jeffbert and Astro Forever have a lot more posts than the rest of the forum. Currently they're about 6,000 or more posts ahead of everyone else. I would have to guess that the reason for that is that they joined in the early days of this forum around a decade ago and have been, for the most part, pretty active since they joined.

I was here even before Astro Forever (but not jeffbert who certainly wins the medal of the most ancient active member), with almost a decade (end of this month), but obviously I don't post as much

Looks like Jeffbert will have been a member for 11 years in April. How old is this forum? I guess the trigger event was the release of the 2003 TV series.

I cannot recall what, other than the now defunct YESTERDAYLAND prompted me to join, or even think about . I know the 2003 series was not what did it. I believe this site was rebuilt some time ago, though it does not seem like it was that long ago.

Yet, the oldest post I can find dates: 10th April 2003, 06:14 AM.

I believe it started in March 2003, considering Mark was the first legitimate member to join this forum during that month.

So Jeffbert has been active for all but one month that this forum has been active.

Well, why not make your 1,000th post special? It took me a while unlike others on this forum to get to 1,000 cause I tend to ramble on about things, but here I am today, making my post special.

It has been 999 for a while now, but now my posts are increasing. I'm very surprised that I got up to this point. Usually I join a forum, post about a few times, then never return until like years later. (Like I did with vocaforum, Behind the voice actors, and Anime forum.) And I Still hardly ever post on those sites there. I log on, but am silent. On the other hand, it's very different here cause I feel welcomed and I'm not afraid to share my thoughts about things here. (Though I must say, I seem to tick some members off a bit here, but that's probably just me. )

Anyways, Love coming here, and this is my first ever 1,000th post on a forum. (Wow... It's almost hard to believe... )

This is my favourie active forum as well.
It has actually become much more crowded as compared to some years ago when it was kinda standing and falling with a few active members.
But to think i haven't even made 450 posts in almost 3.5 years ,1000 is quite something else i really have to lowest out of all active members hmy:
anyway with this increase i hope to finally have a good skype meeting again but that's for another topic.

It's okay. *Sympathy pat* You'll get to 1,000 posts someday for sure if you keep staying active and check in every now and then.

I always thought this forum site was more active back in 2011, but there are more members who are coming back to visit now, so that's a good sign.
