I was looking for Tezuka fanfics on FF.net today and I ran into THIS one, involving Black Jack getting sick and having to be cured by Kiriko. Pinoko's in the story too.

I joined this forum in late 2013 when I was 15 going on 16. Ignore my oldest posts, they embarrass me so much that I've considered permanantly leaving the forum more than once. I've grown out of my fangirling phase over Black Jack, Atom and Uran ages ago but the memories still embarrass me at times... 
Though, I try to be more open-minded about it and accept it as an "interesting stage of my life".

Well, it's rated T and not M so there are no mature themes, but there are some sentences (Kiriko's thoughts; the story is in his point of view) that will make you raise a brow, I think. Excuse me........
BTW: I added Kei, Kiriko and a few other characters to the KAZE NI NARU character list. Kei will play a major role in later chapters; Kiriko will show up in even later chapters and will be a semi-important role. Most likely he will keep arguing nonstop the moment he meets Black Jack. lol.
Melmo, her older sister, Chocola (though she won't be a vampire) Osamu Tezuka the Doctor (who is a manga artist in his spare time in my doujinshis, ha ha ha) and Sapphire are also added to the List of Characters.

It was very good, and the author should've never abandoned it! (Shame on him!) Oh, and yes, I have noticed a few Yaoi-ish refrences in there, like when Kiriko was lifting Black Jack up in his arms and also thinking that his chest looked "beautiful". XD!
