It's a code that's a series of numbers, separated by periods (i.e. 12.34.569.89) that identifies what region of the world you live in. It's meant to convey location as an identifier, or in case of illegal activity or an emergency. It can be also used in permanent bans, which totally forbid activity on that site in that location.


Though, I try to be more open-minded about it and accept it as an "interesting stage of my life".
