They are making a mr. peabody and sherman movie that's coming out in march if anyone is interested. (Yeah, heard about this from the IMAX as well.) Though, I show little interest in that film, cause I see it as an annoying cartoon from the 70s.

Well if you had grown up watching it like I did you might feel differently about it. Also my wife's cousin, June Foray, did some of the voices for the original as well as Rocky and Bullwinkle (she was both Rocky and Natasha).

That's really cool Tetsuwan. I actually am really fond of old cartoons (well obviously if I watch Astro Boy) so I'm curious to see this movie. Granted I'm really not fond of CGI only movies but I'm still curious about what they did. I wonder how June feels about the movie?

Oh. Well the only reason why I don't like it is becuase they talk to fast and the voices sound the same to me. Also, everytime I hear about mr. peabody, it always reminds me of that one parody they had of it on family guy. (<Back when I used to watch it. I don't watch family guy anymore cause it just got stupid to me now.)

Anyways, I just for some reason, don't like it. And I don't know why, but I guess its becuase of the reason of how I find the boy in the cartoon annoying. And the dog talks funny. I remember watching a little bit of the first episode of it, and it was weird. I stopped it cause I got bored of it. (No offense to anyone here, btw.)

This month has really been exciting for the movie theaters. We got The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Winter Soldier already out and now we're going to get Godzilla on the 16th and Maleficent on the 30th.

I really can't wait for Maleficent.

Godzilla may have made more movies than James Bond by now!

This is the first Godzilla movie that I am genuinely interested in enjoying. I've seen the others out of simple curiosity and I have an urge to understand culture as it's defined by media.

As a matter of fact, it does! Godzilla has had 28 movies released in Japan and 4 in America, while James Bond has had 23 movies (25 if you include films not released by Eon).

Anyway, I am genuinely interested in seeing the new Godzilla movie along with Maleficent and the two new Marvel movies, though I still have yet to watch the first Amazing Spider-Man. I enjoyed the original trilogy of Spider-Man movies (more so the first two movies then the third), so hopefully I'll enjoy the new movies as much as the old ones.

I don't think I would count the spoof of Casino Royal as a true "Bond" film, but I would have to count "Never say Never Again" as one since Sean Connery played Bond in that one!

I think most of the Godzilla movies made in Japan have been dubbed into English. Most of those titles are familiar to me as they were on TV at one time or another. (Not much else on late at night but "B" or "C" movies!)

Okay maybe I have not seen all the Godzilla movies I had no idea there was that many.

I really am looking forward to the new film though as well as Maleficent. I want to see The Amazing Spider-Man 2 but just have been too busy to really do that yet.
