Mayumi answers the door, she is an android.
I do not know if she is a replacement for the doctor's wife, or just a nanny-droid, but there is no sign of another woman in the house. Anyway, the theme here relates to 
100, Robot House (91, Wonderful Christmas Present), in that both deal with robots raising (human) children, which is a chapter in my book.
Mars is listening to a calming sound emanating from a whirling object suspended from the ceiling.
Melchi could easily crush this baby!
This is Hiroko, she is the evil woman in this episode.
Mayumi sees Hiroko, and becomes defensive about the kid, as though she recognizes her evil.
There is too much that I could not get from just viewing this episode, but it may be that Hiroko is claiming that an android is an unfit mother.
Dr. K has just explained the situation, but, alas, I could not understand.

This appears to be a pacifier, but not the type the kid sucks. Pressing the 'button' seems to calm the child.
Lamp as an airplane mechanic?
The guy on the left seems familiar, but I cannot recall where I may have seen him.
If this had been made in the USA, there would be a large horseshoe magnet on the rear of Lamp's car.
Mayumi does her best to persuade the villains to return the kid. They will not like her when she becomes angry.
This is really saddening:
I guess that Miri is monitoring Mayumi's emotions, & seeing that she is about to Hulk-out.
Both henchmen turn up the juice on their electric whips.
Compare to #193, where Atom tells Napoletan that his voltage is higher.
The guy on the left likely originated in Jungle Emperor manga.
