I had a troll on one of my pictures once. I made the mistake of responding to their stupidity, and only realized how dumb my actions were until I had already responded. I'd just ignore and delete her comments and just keep reporting her in silence. She'll eventually stop commenting when she realizes she won't get a response (thus taking away the fun).

I at forst I was leaving comments just as nasty and immature as hers, but now I'm trying to reason with her and ask her why she's even being mean to me in the first place. But she just keeps throw nasty comments at me, not even answering me or giving me a chance to resolve anything with her!
Now she's saying she's going to hack my account and get on my email to find where I live...
But she wouldn't even know how to, since she's only on 5th grade.
Seriously though, how does a FIFTH GRADER have so much animosity toward people she doesn't even know?!

A lot of kids nowadays (kids these days!) are really mean and rude. They don't seem to have as much respect for others especially on the internet where they feel invincible. She's just being a troll. She wants to make you angry. The worst thing you can do is lash out at her and admit you're angry (you've already starting working on that I see). Sadly, reasoning with trolls doesn't seem to help either.
I don't know why people act like that. Maybe she's having a problem at home and is taking out her anger on people over the internet? I'm not sure. Just be patient, and it'll end eventually.

I myself prefer DeviantArt.

I joined this forum in late 2013 when I was 15 going on 16. Ignore my oldest posts, they embarrass me so much that I've considered permanantly leaving the forum more than once. I've grown out of my fangirling phase over Black Jack, Atom and Uran ages ago but the memories still embarrass me at times...
Though, I try to be more open-minded about it and accept it as an "interesting stage of my life".

My advice is DO NOT engage this person directly at all. You cannot reason with her, and any toxicity you put back at her will only encourage her. You don't have to "ignore" her, but do not respond to her. Take everything you want to shoot back and instead of writing it in the comment box there or however, bring your problem to a safe, supportive environment where this person isn't a registered user. Get it off your chest, yell, scream, hit capslock, talk about why being told you deserve to die pisses you off to the max, but do NOT let this person see it. Let people you trust read it and commiserate, offer advice, or just give a hug, real or virtual. No matter what you say to this bully, even something as benign as "please stop," or "you know that's against the rules," is going to let her see that she's getting to you. She will then turn up the heat and become even more horrible because she thinks she can wear you down into getting upset. All she wants is for you to be miserable, and the beauty of the internet is that she can't see how she makes you feel, she can only see what you let her see. Do not let her see you upset.
Also, document, document, document. Take screenshots of everything so that if she takes it down, you still have proof that she's constantly harassing you. Some websites will accept that, some won't. It even varies from mod to mod, but just do it, and save them in a folder that's put somewhere you won't have to see it all the time and maybe get worked up. And report everything. Every single thing. It may not seem like it's working, but believe me, it's better than nothing and that kind of thing builds. If you have proof that she's come back in a different account, document that and report on it.
It's really hard to take the "just ignore them" advice in real life, because your emotions and actions are right there at the surface and being angry means it's harder to control what you say and do in the heat of the moment. However, online, there's an extra step. You have to write out everything you say before you can post it and communicate it, rather than the words being communicated as soon as you open your mouth. Take advantage of that. Like I said, you don't have to just ignore it and pretend it isn't happening, but don't let her see any reaction.
It's hard. Believe me, I know it's hard. I'm speaking from twelve years of experience with all sorts of harassment and being in close quarters with toxic people. But you just can't engage them in any way. They're toxic. They don't think like you and me. They don't want to reason and they don't want to lose. They just want to hurt you. She is hurting you. But that's something she must never know.

Baby, don't let it slip, it's a once in a lifetime ship and it's never gonna come again...
