To cut the images out from the background, I would usually use Photoshop CS5. As using GIMP can often remove some of Astro.

GIMP is free. Photoshop is $$$$. It's possible to make GIMP work, but some contrast adjustment and post cleanup might be required.

Yes it must be that. The trick is that I had never seen that one in English, only in French.

If you have access to the original jpg's one of us could try our photoshop/windows paint/gimp magic on them.

I need to check if I already have the jpeg from the '03 series; as for the other one, it is gray scale, & I do not know if you could even use the technique on it. Plus, I need to find it.
