Yeah, I ended up watching
Ravex in Tezuka World a few months ago on YouTube (in fact, I'd only just found out about it a few hours before it was uploaded :eek

and I kinda enjoyed it, in a way. What I mean by that is, I couldn't really understand the Japanese, for there were no subtitles and I only know a few words/sentences of the language. One thing that I found rather odd was the animation; it had great style, just like the 2003 Astro Boy anime did, but in almost every scene, it was
very "wobbly", for the frame would suddenly jolt and once a character moved, it almost had the effect of small paper-stick-puppets being moved across a painted screen.
I did love some of the music though, and the full versions of those have
also been uploaded, so I listen to those occasionally...
On another final note, I get what you mean about Tezuka's characters, how most of them hardly even spoke! That
includes Astro, who, despite being one of the "main" characters in this animation, seemed to speak less too! So that was awkward...
.......Ratom
did have some pretty incredible fight scenes though, even if there were only for a few seconds!
