^ Much like a lot of young kids do, Astro semi-sings a little tune pointing out that Hamegg's a fish. It's literally "fish fish, fishy fish, you're a fish" et cetera. Think the intonation of the "nanna nanna boo boo" thing kids do, and that's essentially how Astro is talking/singing here.
