Atom is so thrilled with his newly found ability, that he flies around recklessly. Nearly knocking over ニャン子 (Nyan-ko) & her papa. BTW, I am certain that her name was never actually used in the audio. I guess they need a way to refer to characters whose names were never used, so they named them. Nyan-ko means 'Meow-child'.

I assume (by the 16:9 resolution of these images) that you've extracted them from the Japanese DVD.
I guess the name Nyan-ko came from the cat on her purse, or the 'cat ears' she's wearing in her hair.
