The 80s DVD set cost about $35 at amazon.com. Beware of cheap pirated versions, though. Look for sellers who state that they sell only legitimate products, and avoid anything from Hong Kong. :hyo:

I've just tried The Right Stuf who have it pretty cheap ($23 with coupon), but they gave me hassles with proof of identity. They wanted photocopies of my bank statement and credit card front and back!
So I've ordered mine from DigitalEyes ($24) and it shipped this morning. I bought the US 2003 series from them a while back and they were good.
The cheapest I can see on EBay at the moment is $25, if you don't mind using Paypal.
Make sure you take shipping into account, because some places charge through the roof.

I buy anything I can from Digital eyes, & now have a $28 credit. Of course, that means I have spent over $800 there, with 1 bonus point for each $1 spent and 800 bonus points for a $28 credit :D :D

I can hardly belive it! :p

Yeah, I've seen items worth about $20(US) and they sell it for only about $10 Then you look at shipping and the shipping costs $20.

Alright! :D The public library system has episodes 1-50, spanning on 5 discs.
I just oredered the first disc. Oh, this isn't the 80's version though.
Which should i watch first? 80's or the newer series?

You can watch either first, the plots don't spoil each other. The 2003 series is visually better, but the 1980 series is emotionally better (I am biased, of course!).
