As you can see, Uran's just kissing the native boy. I think the hug you're referring to appears at the end of 'Large Venture Of Micro'. That particular scene's showing her leaping out of her bed for eventually falling in Astro's arms. That scene's last frame got frozen, so we just see Astro opening his arms for about to catch Uran.
