I haven't played it for about a month so I forget his name. :hyo:
I know his name starts with the letter S.

Is the guy Sharaku, the Three-Eyed-One?

For those curious, this game is by Treasure, maker of cult hits like Gunstar Heroes (the most obvious relation to Omega Factor), Radiant Silvergun, Ikaruga, Silhouette Mirage, etc. I've kinda grown out of a lot of their games which often seem to gimmicky (though always well crafted), but Omega Factor is obviously GREAT and probably one of the best tie-in/franchise games ever. The other game by treasure I really dig (and one that might be interest to fans of Omega Factor) is Bangioh (it had a port on the Dreamcast and the N64.) This one was really great stuff with great shooting action and a wild sense of humor. I'm glad treasure was able to do an Astroboy game since I worry what the results would have been like in the hands of another developer.

This one is quite hard. I just faced him yesterday in easy mode and lost  The difficult part is to keep moving, and resist the temptation to keep firing on him all the time. Dodge and hit should be the way, after all I managed to beat him even in hard mode this way ( but I won't play ever again in hard mode, it is just insanely hard  ) .

Almost everyone is unanimous about the one on Gameboy Advance: it is excellent. For the PS2 one, not everyone agree. Overall, the game is disappointing, as it is essentially about flying around to fight each boss. However that doesn't mean it is not good. Personnally, I enjoy playing the PS2 one. At the end, I am always thinking: "Why is it so short? How great it could have been."
