Let me clarify my question, it was addressed to the very fist post on this thread.
sdp wrote:i just watched this episode and it got me thinking, how come atlas was not shown? he's stronger than all of those other robots.. :astro: :tenma:

jeffbert wrote:I must ask which series he is talking about, the 80s or the 2003? I will assume its not the 1963 series' version of that story. :astro:

I assumed this, because it was not among the episodes in the English translation. For those who do not know, there are three animated series of Astroboy. There are the manga stories, and Jetter Mars Animated series, that also had its own versions of some of the most popular stories. :astro:

These are but 2 such verions of a story that was told in both the 60s & 80s. There were a few that were told in the manga, the 60s, the 80s, & 2003. Greatest Robot on Earth was among them. :tenma:

I Think that

refers to the series, rather than to the episode in question, because Atlas clearly did not appear in the 80s or the 2003 versions of the story. Anyone with the English-language boxed sets would know this. Let me assure all, Atlas was not in any version of the Greatest Robot on Earth. :hyo:

I watched both parts a month ago, back to back with both parts of the 03' version (don't have the manga or eather of the 60's box sets). I personally liked this version better.

Bora's english voice was hilarious. :w00t:

Yeah, I meant the 80s series, buy I guess it relates to the story in general and not the 80s series if atlas is never mentioned...

and I finally ordered the american 03 series, no matter how many bad edits it has it was only 23$ new!
Does anyone have the link to the episodes in correct order though?
