But I love super smash bros. 
I wish they could make one for the Nintendo DS since I'm planing to get that for christmas this year with my money.

You like the Nintendo DS but not the Nintendo Wii? Anyway, what's so good about the PS3? I haven't seen much news about it so please inform me.

PLenty of games comming out for it and intresting ideas you can read up on get with the times. And I prefer the DS over the Wii but the DS is not a gameboy Nintendo has even said that themselves on many occasions but the Wii is not a nextgen console either so Nintendo has really fallen in my opinion.

I'm pretty sure the Wii is a next-gen console. According to Nintendo Power Magizine.....

And no, I haven't been reading game sites that much nor game magizines. (Other than Nintendo Power, but my subscription has expired.)

According not only Nintendo them selves creators of the Wii and other game sites and just common since the Wii is not a next Gen console. For it to be one it would need updated graphics, sepcs, memory, CPU, GPU etc...
But the wii is a step behind so it is not one and according to Nintendo they are not in the console wars even though it does not matter it is all about the consumer but Nintendo is officaly not in the Console Wars and the Wii is no Next Gen Console.

The Wii isn't all about graphics, unlike the PS3 and Xbox360. Nintendo concentrates more on the games and the creativity. Nintendo takes risks.
I have to admit, the Xbox360, and most likely the PS3, have very realistic graphics. Sometimes I think Nintendo games are more animated. But that's what I like about Nintendo! Nintendo has many fun games! The Wii won't be trying to have the best graphics, but the funnest games, and especially, the funnest controller!

It is the other way around first off the PS3 has realistic and perhaps the 360.
Also I did not just mean the graphics why does everyone assume thats what next gen enthusiasts think that graphics are everything?
I mean specs what the machine can do as well as graphics like maintain multiple NPCs at once good online play, and faster loading times. Nintendo are cheap they do not take risks they are just doing what every business person tries to MAKE MONEY by making it the cheapest to manufacture system. Sony takes risks and Microsoft just wants money the quick way by releasing everything first which usually doesnt work unless it is ready.
