And you won't give us any hint? Cause as it is, it could be almost anywhere in the world, unless one happens to live in that city or something.

BTW, the winner of the previous round is supposed to post a picture, but since I wasn't going to be able to make one for a few hours, let's assume I give you my opportunity! :D

Huh, must not have seen that rule...

A few hints:

1. It's in the US.
2. It's near the ocean.
3. It has a major submarine base.
4. It's on the east coast.

Nearly random hint that won't help you in any way:
5. I live there (not on the base, but in that city).

You are right, there was no such rule in Ataru's first post in this thread. But that's usually how we do it in the Photoshop and Caption games. :P
