Ambassador Magma anime

Postby jeffbert » 19 years ago

This animated series had one big difference in its depictions of both Murakami Mamoru & Gam ('Gum' on the TOW). Both were originally cute little kids, as depicted in both the manga & the live-action show,

but the anime matured them into a teenagers:

Now for a bit about the story: Both Magma & Goa (the bad guy) had fought long ago, & have since become inactive. Goa was able to reactivate on his own, but Magma apparently needs the sacrifice of this girl do do so.

After this, weird things and guest stars appear.

I was trying to figure out who this looked like. Not quite Konrad from The White Planet, or either of the guys from Battle of the Planets (Gatchaman).
He actually looks like Derek Wildstar from Star Blazers:

I think he resembles Matthew Tennyson from Outer Spaceport R45:

And this looks like his dad, Eltridge Tennyson:

Was this an episode or a movie? And is it available?

I really do not remember, but it was likely because whatever I said in it was already stated in the other posts.

Skunk? A giant Squid man? That's hott. Lol, j/k. I loved how he was getting real close to Starfire, and the the next picture shows him with tentacles. Lol, I was like wtf? But that's wicked funny! Thanks so much! I only apologize for not replying sooner to this. I've ordered a region 2 dvd player so I can order some Tezuka series I found at cdjapan. This'll be the first one I order. :)
