When is AstroBoy getting to Australia?

I'd say Disney Adventures is, but probably a different version since Astroboy is already showing in the USA. Perhaps a scanning is in order. The picture above was taken with a digital camera as I don't have a scanner connected right now.

BTW, I ordered the Astroboy books from Kinokuniya on Sunday night. They arrived from interstate at my door on Tuesday morning! Woohoo! I gotta say, issues 22 and 23 are really something special.

Ok i now have K-Zone and DA in my possesion but i'll scan tomorrow as its pretty late and i have an early start so look forward to the insides then ^_^

I bought the D-Mag one. There's only one page of information, but I think it's better written than the Disney Adventures one.

Incidently, does anyone else feel that these magazines use illegally high levels of contrast and colour saturation? I feel like I'm going blind trying to read from these things.

I recived the TV guide for the AUSTAR pay tv service yesterday and guess who was on the cover....no not me but our favorite little bot yes 29 march is a go for him....I need to reattach my scanner to my computer and tomorrow I will scan & link to a copy of the page for all to copy & hopefully read.
One interesting point made was that it cost 30 million yen ($365,000) to make each of the 49 eps :wacko: :wacko: 3 times the cost of an animated film :wacko: but personally i think he's worth it

well people Here is my contribution to the australian astro fans hanging out for infor :wahah: :wahah: B) Its meant to be A4 size like the mag but is 562kb :wacko: So i didnt post it here. But on a good note, it is big enough to read if you want to download or save it. so hope the size isnt too big for you ...if it is , let me know & i can try to reduce the size for y'all...Enjoy

Yay thanks for the Austar scan Loubear ^_^ I'll scan my Foxtel mag as soon as i get it ¬_¬ and if it's any different.

but from me today:
1) In this weekend's Sun Herald in the K-Zone section there is a page on Astro (scan coming as soon as i get the paper clipping off my boyfriend ^^)

2) I scanned in the pages with Astro stuff in them from K-Zone and DA. The resolution is a little low on but that's only cause i don't want to get into trouble scanning all this stuff ^^; If you want hi-res go buy the mags ^_^ they are only $3.90 each. Anyway it's good enough to read so here are the links:
